Refund Policy

At JoinQuran, we are committed to providing high-quality Quran learning experiences. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed, aligned with UK and EU consumer protection standards.
1. Free 3-Day Trial
We offer a free 3-day trial to all new students with no obligation. During this period, you can experience our teaching method, meet your tutor, and evaluate whether JoinQuran meets your expectations. No payment is required for the trial period. If you decide not to continue, simply let us know — no charges apply.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Customers)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations, if you enroll in a paid course, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment and receive a full refund, provided no more than one class session has been completed. This cooling-off period applies to distance and online learning contracts.

3. Pro-Rata Refunds After Classes Begin
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period or after more than one class has been delivered, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for any unused, pre-paid classes. The refund is calculated as:
- Unused Classes: The value of classes not yet delivered will be refunded.
- Completed Classes: Classes already delivered are not eligible for refund.
- Administrative Fee: A nominal administrative fee (not exceeding 10% of the remaining value or £15, whichever is lower) may be deducted to cover processing costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Course name and enrollment date
- Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and banking institution. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Classes or lessons that have already been delivered and completed
- Missed classes without prior notification (minimum 24 hours notice required for rescheduling)
- Incorrect account or payment information provided by the student that results in failed delivery
- Requests made more than 30 days after the last class session
7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If you believe a refund is warranted, please give us the opportunity to address your concerns first.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify registered students by email.
